With our dedicated team of experienced nurses and carers, we provide aged care from the heart

Each Nazareth House has a Facility Manager and a Clinical team to oversee your care. They work with a team of qualified nurses, GPs, and specialists to arrange care plans in partnership with you and your family.

Our clinical care process includes regular reviews with:

  • Tailored personalised assessments
  • Medical services, e.g. physiotherapy, pharmacy, podiatry, optometry or dental
  • Pain management programs
  • Specialist memory loss care
  • High level of personal care

Individual care plans ensure the team caring for you is fully informed and accountable for the care you receive. It enables our clinical team to monitor your ongoing health and respond to your care needs.

Dementia Support

Dementia affects thinking, behaviour and the ability to undertake everyday tasks. Dementia is not one specific disease; it affects people in different ways.

To provide support, a tailored plan is designed to meet your needs. We take the time to learn about you, your life, needs and preferences to provide the best possible care suited to your individual needs.

We have dedicated memory loss units in all our Houses.

To find out how we can support you or to arrange a personal tour, contact the Nazareth Care team today on 1300 NAZARETH (1300 629 273).

Palliative Care

Our sisters are available to assist in the care of our residents as they approach end of life. The guiding principle of “no-one dies alone” ensures all residents are cared for with love and dignity.

The Sisters of Nazareth, Chaplains, Ministers and other pastoral carers nurture the personal, spiritual and social wellbeing of our residents through care, support and friendship. Our care is interdenominational and  respects the beliefs and perspectives of all residents.

We focus on ageing in place across the full journey including palliative care.
