We develop an individual care plan for each resident, which includes clinical, social, emotional and spiritual needs. Our sisters are dedicated to caring for our residents. They provide social, emotional and spiritual care. Daily Mass is available in the Chapel. Regular services are conducted for other denominations. Participation in religious services is optional – we welcome everyone and do not impose any religious belief.
Australasian Region
Nazareth Care Australasia operates six residential aged care facilities (our houses) across Australia and New Zealand.
In Australia, there are houses in Camberwell and Ballarat VIC, Tamworth NSW, Wynnum QLD and Geraldton WA, with a total of 571 residential aged care beds. Our Ballarat house includes 13 co-located retirement living units.
